Three Rivers’ wrestling team pounded a pair of Wolverine Conference foes Wednesday in a double dual on its home mats.
The Wildcats cruised to a 59-23 victory over Coloma and handed Comstock a 50-29 setback to improve to 8-1 overall and 3-0 in the league.
“Solid performances tonight by the guys going after their matches and getting the wins,” Three Rivers coach Pete Bachinski said. “We still have a few guys out of the starting lineup but the young guys keep stepping up and helping out and that’s nice. It’s nice to have that team depth in those situations.”
