This was a nice win against a quality team,” said coach Von Metzger, whose team carries a 23-14-4 overall record into the weekend. Everyone did a nice job of coming out and supporting a great cause. A big thank you to Mary Beth Lancaster for coordinating the event. As a team we are starting to get healthy again and I think that will make a big difference for us as we gear up for district play. I thought we did a better job of blocking and I look for it to improve even more as we move forward.”
