Quincy came away with a 45-32 victory over White Pigeon Friday night in girls basketball action.
Claycee West led the Chiefs with 21 points, two assists, five steals, a block and six rebounds in the loss.
“We struggled to find our rhythm as a team tonight,” White Pigeon coach Brooke McClure said. “We had too many turnovers and made some inexperienced choices from time to time, but we worked really hard and kept trying. I am still proud of our effort, we just need to keep working on getting our kinks out.”
Sidney Mishler finished with six points and three boards, Shanna Hagner registered seven rebounds, an assist, one steal and three points, and Melissa Hayden had two points, 10 rebounds, a pair of steals and one assist.
