The Three Rivers girls soccer team lost to Plainwell Wednesday, 8-0.
Wildcats coach Brett Seifert said his squad did a nice job of containing Plainwell’s offensive threats for most of the first half, but that Three Rivers became reactionary for the remainder of the contest.

“Plainwell starting moving the ball more aggressively and stronger down the field,” he said. “… During the second half, we did start see some opportunities open up offensively, but was not able to capitalize on them.”
McKenna Bidelman came away with an impress 19 saves for Three Rivers despite the lopsided score.
“With this being our second game, we definitely know what we need to work on and will be aggressively moving to improve our tactics in which we apply to the game,” Seifert said.
