Erik Batten totaled nine points, Robert Rile recorded eight, Logan Mathews chipped in six, Elijah Klepper and Parker Cupp each posted four, and Kyle Wiswell and Logan Slaughter finished with two apiece.
Medich grabbed a team-high seven rebounds for Mendon, which outscored Howe 32-5 in the opening stanza.
Darmofal connected on all three of his 3-point attempts and the Hornets were 6-for-6 from the foul line and 38-for-66 (57.6 percent) from the field for the night.
