Three Rivers made it look easy Friday night, picking up the lopsided 58-17 victory over Dowagiac and remaining unblemished in the Wolverine Conference’s West Division.
The usual of duo of Linsey Masnari and Teagan Reeves led the way for the Wildcats, which are perched atop the division standings with a 9-0 record. Three Rivers moved to 14-3 overall.
Masnari was a stunning 9-for-10 from the floor, outscoring the Chieftains by herself with 21 points. Reeves followed with 12 points while ripping down eight boards.
Plenty of the Wildcats got to see the floor in the one-sided affair, nearly all of whom added to the point total.
Alyssa Smith tallied six points while Alexis Herbert and Krishanna Carter added four. The Wildcats also got a couple of points out of Cheyenne Richardson, Kimmy Sibert, Cooper, Taylor Schultz and Helaina Heffner. Holly Hines added a free throw to the mix.
The Wildcats left little doubt about this one from the opening whistle, claiming a 22-4 lead after the first quarter of play already.
