Berrien Springs’ Christmas break got off to a not-so-merry start Friday when the Three Rivers girls basketball team dominated on its home court in a 65-15 win.
The Wildcats are now 5-0 overall and 3-0 in the Wolverine Conference, which is a game ahead of Edwardsburg and South Haven in the West Division.
Teagan Reeves dropped 23 points on winless Berrien Springs along with 12 rebounds, with tag-team partner Linsey Masnari recording eight points and four rebounds. Nine other players scored for the Wildcats, including Taylor Schultz (eight points) and Holly Hines (six).
Helaina Heffner pulled down 10 rebounds and made three blocks, Alexis Herbert led the team with seven assists and Reeves finished with four stuffs and five steals.
