Mendon defeated Colon 38-32 in Wednesday’s girls basketball district semifinal at Athens. The Hornets improve to 19-3 with the win while the Magi close their season at 16-5.
Up next for Mendon is the district championship Friday at 7 p.m. against host Athens (20-1).
