Cassopolis won at Mendon 34-27 in girls basketball Thursday, snapping the Hornets’ undefeated season. The Rangers now lead the Southwest 10 Conference standings at 5-0 with Mendon right behind at 5-1. The Hornets are 8-1 overall and Cassopolis is 7-2.
Up next, Mendon hosts Hartford Tuesday and the Rangers host Comstock.
