Colon’s streak ends in Bellevue

After three straight wins, the Colon girls basketball team came up empty Friday in a 34-22 loss at Bellevue.

Anessa Broker scored six points, grabbed four rebounds and had three points, Makayla Craun had three points, 15 rebounds and five steals and Gretta Minor followed with three points, Skyler Harvey posted two and Kali Tyler had two for the Magi.

Morgan Czajkowski snared seven rebounds and an assist in the effort.

“The girls played a really good game; I am proud of them,” Colon head coach Sharon Craun said.
