Bronson volleyball too much for Centreville

October 11, 2013 By Wes Morgan

Centreville’s volleyball team dropped to 0-4 in St. Joseph Valley League play after Bronson beat the Bulldogs Thursday 23-25, 25-13, 25-10, 25-17.

Jenna Beeker collected three aces and seven digs,  Madison Hunter posted 11 assists and 12 digs, Mattie Kirby recorded four  kills and eight digs and Bailee May finished with 12 kills and 12 digs.

“We came out and did very well the first game,” Centreville coach Melissa Gales said. “We played with intensity and took care of the ball on offense. We keep making improvements in our game. We just need to stay consistent from game to game. Bronson has some great servers and we struggled in serve in serve reception. I’m proud of the fight and their continued desire to be competitive. Bailee again had a great night at the net attacking the ball.”
