Seth Wright and Nolan Malcom combined for 33 points Thursday night to lead host Contantine to a lopsided 66-34 boys basketball victory over Lawrence.
With the Senior Night win, Constantine finished its regular season with an overall record of 11-9.
Wright knocked down the first of his four 3-point baskets during the opening eight minutes and helped the Falcons get off to a fast start. Wright scored five of his game-high 19 points during the first quarter to stake Constantine to a 15-4 lead.
Wright stayed hot during the second quarter with two more triples and the Falcons extended their lead to 30-18 by halftime.
Malcom heated up during the third quarter with a 3-point basket and seven of the Falcons’ 19 points. Constantine led, 49-33 after three quarters.
Three-point baskets in the final quarter by Solomon Walker and Blake Struble helped Constantine put the finishing touches on the win, as the Falcons outscored Lawrence by a 17-1 margin over the final eight minutes.
Malcom finished with 14 points for Contantine. Trey Salisbury and Dawson Kiess chipped in with eight and seven points, respectively, while Walker and LOgyn Miller each finished with five points.
Struble and Joe Hamilton each scored three points for Constantine, while Guy Topolski rounded out the scoring for the Falcons with two points.
Constantine knocked down eight 3-point shots for the game.
Lawrence got a team-high 10 points from Kaleb Smith.
