Finishing strong in the fourth quarter, Constantine’s boys basketball team outran Gobles 65-55 in a Southwestern Athletic Conference contest Tuesday night to improve to 4-1 overall.
Seth Wright had a co-game-high 21 points for Constantine, matching a 21-point night by Gobles’ Tyler Stedman. Hunter Bacheller came away with 13 points for the Falcons, and teammates Nolan Malcom and Zach Bittner reached double figures with 10 apiece.
Constantine shot 47 percent from the floor (28-of-59) and 46 percent (6-of-13) from 3-point land. Wright knocked down three triples.
Trey Salisbury added eight points and Dawson Kiess had three. Wright and Salisbury led Constantine with seven rebounds, and Bacheller had six.
